Although this is in French, they do have the option to choose English, although not everything is completely translated.
Players log in and can do their turn. Although all players can play at once, it is also similar to PBEM games, where each person logs in and can do their turn, and then log out.
Purely multiplayer, the graphics are quite nice, and one cool feature is the ability to view other people's games. :)
